A LESSON IN TRUST

I took a break at work and walked around outside for a few minutes. I felt a spirit hovering nearby, a vibrating orange energy. It was Lyle’s bother, Kenny. How I knew I couldn't say, it was just there. I heard him say, “Tell Lyle that Karen looks pretty in pink. She is beautiful inside and out.”

Right. Like I should just rush back inside and tell my co-worker that I’d just had a conversation with his dead brother as I took a walk around the parking lot. Did these spirits think I was crazy? But once again, I was to be taught a lesson in trust.

Lyle went to lunch and when he returned his wife, Karen, was with him. She had on a beautiful pink top! I gathered my courage and followed Lyle into his office. I told him about the visit from his brother. With tears, he told me Kenny used to always tell Lyle how lucky he was because his wife was beautiful inside and out.
